Where to find incoming and outgoing email servers?

What is & where can I find a servers ISP addresse for outgoing and incoming email messages?

I'm trying to sign up for Outlook express, to manage my emails, but I have seen this question before. I have 2 email AC's with: Hotmail and Yahoo.

Here is the info for Yahoo.... You must be a paid subscriber of Yahoo Mail Plus to use email programs like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, etc., to access your Yahoo mail. To set up your email program, go to this Help link... http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/ Under the heading 'POP3 Email Client Settings', choose the email program you are using and follow the easy set-up instructions.
