How do I send an email message with Outlook?

I have outlook whenever I send/receive I get an error message that say cant send msg - verify email - what up?

  • the error is 0x800ccc78 and sayd that the server responded 530 authentication required for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/pop/pop I go there and then Im stuck pls someone help me cause my email is not set up correctly and Im not getting my mail on my phone or on my outlook and yes my iphone is set up correctly
