How to use outlook with att?

I am using microsoft outlook, now i want to use outlook express, how ican i get retrive my mails in outlook ex

  Open Outlook and copy down all of your email account settings Open Outlook Express and copy the you mail account settings in a new email account. Go to Control Panel, open Internet Options On the Programs Tab, change mail to Outlook Express Now Outlook Express is your default email client and it is set up to get new mail. You may also want to Export your contacts from Outlook using the File Import/Export command. Then import the resulting file into Outlook Express. All Done!
