How can I use a local server in Africa to access Yahoo and receive/send my email via my Microsoft Outlook?

I note that Yahoo Plus allows the use of POP accounts. My DSL provider is pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.com and my email address is @sbcglobal.net which is a Yahoo server affiliate. When I sign in to Yahoo Plus via the website, it recognizes me and my password even though I have never signed up for Yahoo Plus. So, when I am in Swaziland, Africa -- dial up the local server (realnet.co.sz) -- how do I get into the Yahoo system and and set up my computer so that it can use Yahoo to receive/send email with my sbcglobal.net account and my @Yahoo.com account using the Microsoft Outlook program ?
