How do I set up my microsoft outlook yahoo email account with windows vista?

It is asking me for the (POP3) and (SMTP). I don't know what it is. How do I find out?

There are two sets of settings for Yahoo email. The first assumes that you are allowed POP3 access on the FREE accounts.
