How can I set Outlook Express to recieve my emails?

I cant recieve emails from outlook express,but i can send,how do i set up to recieve emails from outlook expre

    You need to know the IP host "incoming mail server." You then have to put the mail server in the account settings for the email account your using in Outlook Express. Contact the company that is the host for your email address and get the info. They will likely be able to walk you through setting it up in Outlook.
