Cannot send emails in outlook express?

My Outlook Express emails won't send?

• I have found over the last couple of days that a few emails wouldn't send first time but did when I opened them from the outbox and then sent again. This is extremely unusual and I send many every day. No settings have been changed. This morning I have received about 20 emails and replied to most of them. Then, about 20 minutes ago I tried to send a reply to one email and create a new mail and send. Neither will go. They are in the outbox and yet not half an hour earlier everything was fine. This is the error message that I get: Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Message rejected', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67

  First thing to know would be is it a home or office computer? It means there is something wrong with the server. Office: either someone is working one it or it is having some problems. either way call your I.T. guy and he should take a look at it and try to get things fixed. Home: call your provider and let them know your having problems and it should get fixed. Yeah then i would call your service provider and let them know your having issues because it most likely is something on their end causing the issue. my only other suggestion would be to go through and check your settings and make sure everything is correct.
