Why cant i sync my Samsung Fascinate with my Outlook web access email account?

I am trying to sync my work email with my Fascinate (Driod) and it wont seem to Sync. i log on to my email through Outlook web access. Microsoft exchange. Does anybody know how to fix this issue? my email is [email protected]

i got microsoft exchange for my fascinate, you will need to get the address and ports from your company for it.
