How can i transfer outlook and all my emails to a new laptop.?

i'm using vista and outlook express 2007 and will be buying a laptop with windows 7 and putting outlook 2007 on it

Answer:
keep a backup of the outlook.pst file [this contains all the emails that you wud have sent or received. When you get a new laptop after installing office 2007, keep the .pst file at the location and from outlook 2007 just add the pst.
