How do I use Outlook 2003 with All-new Yahoo mail?

Have 2000 mail on my mail on yahoo and i want to use outlook to use my yahoo mail?

Incoming (pop3)      US - plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com SSL 995      UK - pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk SSL 995      AU and NZ - pop.mail.yahoo.com.au SSL 995 Outgoing (smtp)      US - plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com 465 TLS      UK - smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk SSL 465 TLS      AU and NZ - smtp.mail.yahoo.com.au SSL 465 TLS NOTE: The same servers are used for ymail and rocketmail. Use the entire email address as the Yahoo ID. ₪ ɦəlʞɹɐq ₪
