what is my e-mail type, incoming mail server, and outgoing mail server

Answer:
Depends on who your internet provider is. If it's Cox then it would be: POP3 Incoming: pop.central.cox.net outgoing: smtp.central.cox.net (the central would change depending on if you were on the east coast, central etc) You'll have to contact your Internet to find out the actual ones this is just an example
