How Do I Configure my Yahoo Account on Outlook 2007?

Please help one very confused woman on how to configure hotmail account with microsoft outlook 2007?

• I have a trial version of Microsoft Office 2007 downloaded on my laptop. I have an email address with both hotmail and yahoo. Which of these are the better to set up with Outlook or doesn't it mattter? Am starting a new enterprise and they insist that I only use Outlook when sending and receiving emails. I get my broadband through Sky. Is Sky my ISP? When trying to configure my outlook account, it asks for a password provided by my isp provider. How do I obtain this? Many thanks
