check ur service provider settings Setting outlook account U have not set up the account to the outlook service To do so go to start-settings-control panel and user accounts(not in classic view) Add up a account as per the requesting as follow the on screen steps The service will request u for the the service passwrd and user id Get it from the service provider and form one

I have had outlook set up and it worked until this morning, so don't see why/how setting up a new user account can/should help?

Check your antivirus..your firewall component..turn off your firewall..it may be blocking u from sending.
