    PHISHING! Just like Yahoo, I assume that Hotmail will NEVER email you for your password. If Hotmail (or Yahoo) really needed to close down accounts due to 'congestion', it would make HEADLINES all over the internet, for sure. SPAM it and forget it. And always remember - NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYBODY, EVER.
