Microsoft Office Outlook Error Message?

• HELP!!! I keep getting an error with MS Office saying: "EITHER THERE IS NO DEFAULT CLIENT OR THE CURRENT CLIENT CANNOT FULFILL THE MESSAGING REQUEST. PLEASE RUN MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK AND SET IT AS THE DEFAULT MAIL CLIENT" Please help me. How do I do this to keep this notice from coming up. Not to mention, sometimes it wont let me open Excel or Word to get to the documents I need. Any suggestions? Thanks Beccan
