How do I get folders from Yahoo Mail into Mail on my Mac?

I recently upgraded Yahoo Mail to Yahoo Mail Plus so I can use the POP feature and get mail through MAIL on our Mac. However, I can't seem to get the folders I've created to save messages in Yahoo to come into Mail. Is this even possible?

Answer:
I know it sounds like alot, but if you can't find any other way..you can forward them all to yourself and download them into mac mail.
