Why does yahoo mail not allow free Forwarding?

Pop access and Forwarding at the same time with Yahoo Mail Plus?

I would like to acess my Yahoo mail (I'm a Mail Plus suscriber) with outlook (POP access) AND forward them to my phone (by forwarding them to my push mail address) at the same time. Currently I think Yahoo only offer to do one OR the other but you can't do both at the same time. Would you know any way I can do this? Thank you for your help. PS : I'm currently forwarding my yahoo mail to my Gmail account which can do POP and forward at the same time but to make things simplier I would like to do it within Yahoo if possible.

Yahoo mail online will not allow POP and forwarding at the same time. Once the POP mail is received in Outlook it can forward it. Use a filter to pick out the ones to forward. §
