How can I get someones emails forwarded to my email in outlook 2007?

A coworker is out of the office and I need all of her new emails forwarded to my inbox. How can i set that up in outlook 2007?
Answer:

depends on her/your server, many have a forward function. or you would have to add her email addy to your outlook and if it's a free account like yahoo or hotmail, it cannot be done and i wouldn't do that anyway if it were me.
