How do i get back emails that have been POPed to outlook from the original Yahoo mail?

I have set up the POP settings in outlook and all of my email messages have gone into outlook and now nothing has been left in Yahoo. I have changed it so that a copy is left in yahoo but i can;t get back the messages into Yahoo 7 that have been POPed into Outlook

Only way I know of is to forward the mails to yourself. Once you POP them off the server you can't push them up directly. Just forward the mails to your email address and it'll get back onto the server. Not ideal as the "Sender" will show as you instead of the original sender but will get the mail back into your inbox atleast.
