My emails keep disappearing out of my bt yahoo box into outlook express. can anyone help me.?

they go into outlook express each one being duplicated. can anyone help.

what outlook is doing is downloading your emails from your mail box you need to go into outlook settings and change the option were it says download from external mailbox. Hope this helps
