Also the automatic drop down list of contacts does not drop down when I type in a few letters of someone’s name when trying to address an email to the “To:” or “Copy:” address box.   For the contact list not showing up in your TO line If you are in Yahoo this is a temporary glitch. Sometimes just changing to the other email format solves the problem. You can go back to the other one occasionally to see if it corrects itself. If this does not work try the links below for assistance from Yahoo. If in All New Mail click on OPTIONS on the right side of your email page and then click on Mail Classic If in Mail Classic click on ALL NEW MAIL at the top of your email page.
