Alternatives to microsoft outlook 2003. Yahoo.?

Hi, I am having lots of problems with Microsoft outlook 2003 and am finding it hard to controll the junk E-Mail. I use my yahoo email with it. I dont want to buy the microsoft 2007 package and am wondering if there is a free Alternative which will have as many or more advantages as the 2007 outlook and compatabe with yahoo mail i also want to transfer my emails i have on outlook as they are work emails. Thanks
