How can i download the mails from hotmail account or g mail account to the outlook express?

You have to have Outlook 2003 or newer . Other versions won't do what you want .

go into outlook express setup a new email account and put in your name email address and it will ask you for your password. gmail is okay as it is free to use the pop 3 servic where as yahoo charge for it not so sure about hotmail
