Why isn't my Outlook Express working?

I've set Yahoo POP on Outlook Express and it's not working for sending messages.?

The outlook express is working fine for receiving Yahoo messages, but when I wanna send/answer messages it is not working at all. When try sending I get failure messages from outlook express. I've check out several times the outlook settings and it seams to be correct according Yahoo instructions. Is there something that could be missing? Thanks in advance.
