Why can't I pop my Yahoo email I do not have mail plus?

How do I stop forwarding mail from my yahoo account?

I recently turned on the 'Forward your Yahoo! Mail' option to send email to my other account. Now I cant figure out how to turn it off. If i go to the POP and forwarding section on options there is no option to turn it off. I cannot uncheck the box.
Answer:

Click the radio button next to "Allow your Yahoo! Mail to be POPed." Then click "Save Changes." This will resolve your issue.
