How do I configure Micro Soft Office Outlook?

• I am configuring Micro Soft Office Outlook to receive my yahoo e-mail. Outlook goes through configuring, search for [email protected], log on to server and send a test e-mail message then get a message that says enter network password. All the info is filled in, Server = pop.mail.yahoo.com, User Name = welstw Password = my yahoo e-mail account password but it is not configuring. Every time I hit OK on Enter Network Password this same message pops back up. How do I get this account configured to Outlook?
