How can I export my Yahoo Mail Plus mailboxes to Mac Mail email client?

I have set up my Mac Mail to send and receive Yahoo Mail Plus email. Is there a way to export my mailboxes from Yahoo Mail to Mac Mail? (Otherwise I guess I have to forward each email from Yahoo to Mail, one by one?)
