How can I send and receive email with microsoft office outlook?

Why can't I send email's with Microsoft Office Outlook, but I can receive them; I have 110/25 for both.?

  • Up until two days ago, I was able to send and receive email's using Microsoft Office Outlook. Now I can only receive messages. I have 110/25 for both settings. Has something changed?

  • Answer:

Technically, if you live in the US, you should not be able to do either unless you pay for Mail Plus. It is $19.99 a year. I have heard of people being able to receive email but never send without the feature. If you have paid for Mail Plus then here are the settings. Incoming (pop3) plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com Use SSL; Port 995 Outgoing (smtp) plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com Use TLS; Port 465 NOTE: The same servers are used for ymail and rocketmail. Use the entire email address as the Yahoo ID. ₪ ʎəɿʞɹɐq ₪ Thursday, January 20, 2011
