How can you find the incoming mail server?

How can I find the POP username and server in order to import from my e-mail account to my g-mail account?

• I am trying to import from my email account which is "[email protected]", to my g-mail account which is "[email protected]". I am stuck to the first step where I`m asked my POP username and server. I am putting: POP username: example POP server: mail.infotronic-services.net It doesn`t accept it, and even when I try to change them to several other options it wan`t accept any of them. I went back to my old account's setting and I checked for POP or POP3 options but it doesn`t have any option for POP. It has options regarding language, time, html language, password, contact name and other options for ading more mailboxes, but nothing with POP. What can I do to find the POP username and server of my old account and import my mail and contacts to my g-mail new account?
