How do I get my BT mail in Outlook express?

I am trying to change from BT yahoo Beta e-mail to Outlook Express but i can't get by Outlook error messages

can anyone help? from computer novice

This happened to me too. If you phone your broadband provider, they will talk you through how to fix it. Im with NTL and they were great. I got it all set up in ten mins with their help.

First...... you need to activate pop3 forwarding if you haven´t already done so go to your yahoo mail page click options(right hand side top) on the centre column under management 2nd paragraph click on Pop access & forwarding select WEB & POP Access and follow instructions Then..... to set up outlook express click on the link below for step by step instructions http://help.yahoo.com/help/uk/mail/pop/p...
