How do I get my addresses back from outlook express?

If I intend to use outlook express what is the formality for sending mails such as incoming and outgoing adds.?

  • One of my friends intended to send mails through outlook express. He is having yahoo e-mail ID but he is not able to send mails through outlook express. How can he or me get the incoming and outgoing addresses of Yahoo web mail such as SMTP or any thing like that. Thanks. D.S. Rama Prasad Dubey

There is a free program called "YPOPS" it's not approved by yahoo and is not fully compatible some users can get it to work but most can't. If you have “yahoo.co.uk” address some users can get free pop forwarding see below. Click “options” (top right) on your mail page>mail options>pop and forwarding> Set up or edit pop & forwarding>type in the address you want to forward to and click save. * Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk Use SSL, port: 995 * Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smpt.mail.yahoo.co.uk Use SSL, port: 465. if he is only using free web accounts, it can't be used on Outlook Express. he has to subscribe the Yahoo Mail Plus (subscribed account only can be used for Outlook Express or an account/mail add from your ISP).
