Why can't I send email through OUTLOOK 2007 using yahoo mail plus. I can receive but not send!?

Same here. Brandnew account even. Receiving works, sending doesn't like my username/password. Used the "new" server address (plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com), SSL, Port 465, authentication. Tried port 587. Since Outlook is set to use the same login for outgoing mails and incoming mails, it is logical to assume that is can't be username or password causing this error. Ergo it's Yahoo messing something up somewhere.
