Did Yahoo recently change their POP3 and SMTP addresses?
-
I have been telling people that the servers are as follows: POP3 - pop.mail.yahoo.com SMTP - smtp.mail.yahoo.com After looking at the current help pages it shows: POP3 - plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com SMTP - plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com When did that change take place?
-
Answer:
That is only if you are a paying Yahoo plus mail customer. For those of us whose ISP is affiliated with Yahoo, it is still pop.att.yahoo.com, replacing att with your isp.
