How do I restore emails from my Outlook to Yahoo Mail Server ?

When I sync my yahoo mail with outlook I forgot to tick the button to leave copy of messages on the yahoo server now all my messages is on outlook and not yahoo.I do receive new messages on both yahoo and outlook Is there away to sync back my old messages to yahoo server ? Your help appreciated Thanks

Answer:
Remove the account and add it again. This time do not forget to tick. Restoring may not be possible.
