When I send out email is it POP3?

Does anyone know what pop3 email accounts work with three mobile (free!),can recieve but not send, thanks ;-)?

I have a 3mobile pay as you go and want to use none webmail email address, i have a tiscali account which i can receive emails but if i ever try and send anything it always fails. does anyone know of the settings for tiscali to enable sending (i have tried googling but nothing works!) or other email providers that are proven to work. I'm getting a LG viewty shortly so needs to work with that! thanks in advance, spent three hours searching and testing tonight so hoping some kind soul will help!
