Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 and Windows 7 Ultimate?

I have just upgraded my operating system from windows xp 2002 to Windows 7 Ultimate and Microsoft Office 2003 to 2010. I have a email account on outlook and now that i have installed outlook 2010 i dont now how to set up my previous account and get previous emails back. Please Help very urgent!!

Answer:
Outlook stores your emails in the special storage file with .pst extension. To transfer your emails to the new Outlook you should copy your old .pst file to the folder which is set as the current Outlook storage. Or you can open your old .pst file as second data file. File - Open - Open Outlook Data File
