How do you save e-mails to a USB?

How do you save all outlook emails and contacts into USB?

  • I want to be able to back up all the emails, contacts received via Outlook into my USB. Also, it would take ages to go through each email and save them individually because there are 100+ emails. I want to save everything in one go.

    an other solution open outlook go to menu file 1 ) ---Create an archive folder ( you can create more than one folder! example :create a folder for each type or categories of email) and place your archieve folder where you like (ex:D:\emailbeckup\) 2) select emails and COPY to these folder - DO NOT CUT and past it to your folder 3 close outlook copy the archive folder tou your USB in an other PC open outlook an go to fime menu and click open folder an select the archive folder in you USB. it's done. do the same to contact py simple save commande menu

to save all your contacts and calender / planner info, you need to go and follow this path C:\Documents and Settings\Willem\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook In the path name where it says "willem" put the your name or what ever your pc is called when YOU log in/on when you get there you need to copy the files that have the PST extension. otherwise do a search like *.pst and it should find them. make sure that outlook is not running/open otherwise those files will not copy to any drive USB or other storage medium.
