Post office forwarding mail?
-
If you are receiving benefits and the County of San diego health and human services agency sends you something in the mail do they usually send it out by first-class mail? Because I moved and alerted the post office to forward mail to my new address. I want to make sure the county sends their mail out first class so i can still receive it up to 12 months after moving to my new address .thanks

Answer:
Not all first class mail can be forwarded. Some mailers do not want the mail forwarded. They want it returned to them with your new address provided by the USPS.

You need to call them and give them your new address to avoid any delays. Some mail like tax returns, car titles etc, they won't forward. And yes they use first class.
