Can anyone in Italy help me create an Italian Hotmail account?

CAN ANYONE HELP WITH MY HOTMAIL account?

• every time i go on my hotmail it comes up with a page saying '' Someone may have used your account to send out a lot of junk messages or done something else that violates the Windows Live Terms of Service'' i only told my friend my hotmail password and she swore on her life she never touched my hotmail. it says to unlock you hotmail u need to write in your phone number in the box and we will send a code to you to unlock your hotmail but i have already done it and it never sent a code i have been waiting for a week or so and even changed sim cards and put that number in but it still wont send CAN ANYONE HELP ME ps.i had my hotmail for about 4 years and i dont wanna make a new one!!

  Log onto your hotmail account and change the password. Click on the help icon for more information. Do not follow links to any email you receive. I think there are spam hotmail emails. I regularly get one telling me my account is about to close down, despite the fact that I check it every few days. Follow the steps on the link below. In future, do not give out passwords for anything.
