How to setup own outlook email account?

Hello, I would want make my own outlook email account free, I don't how to set up and configure it please anyone let me know I don't have any own website or company but i do have business name and I want an email adress to be set up on that. thanks

Outlook is an email client, and therefore you can not create an "Outlook Account." What you can do, is either setup some kind of domain, or gmail/hotmail/yahoo mail account, and set up Outlook to read/write/send/edit the emails using the address you created. Each respective site usually has some kind of instructions on how to set up Outlook to read emails from their server.
