Want to get back my emails from microsoft office outlook to my yahoo email?

I have tried to create an account in Microsoft Outlook and I have added my Yahoo's email address in it. Then all my emails from Yahoo's Inbox have been transferred mistakenly to Microsoft Outlook's Inbox. Now I need all my emails to get back to Yahoo's Inbox. Can you help me?
