Does the Yahoo pop-up blocker stop the audio in email messages?

How do i stop yahoo email getting the same messages from orange email?

• Hi, i have set up a yahoo account for my Mother in Law and configured it so that it receives email from her old account from freeserve/orange. When she downloads the messages there is no problem and deletes what she dosn`t want. When she next downloads again the messages reappear from the orange server. How do i stop this? and permanently delete these orange email messages? Thanks. Andy U.K.

  If you are using a mail handling program such as Windows Mail, Outlook, Outlook Express etc, there is an option in your user account to either keep a copy on the server or not. In Windows Mail it is under TOOLS/ACCOUNTS/PROPERTIES (in the account you want to change)/ADVANCED tab, down near the bottom is a tick box, tick this box if you want to keep messages on the server, or leave blank (as in your case) to download the message and delete off the server so it will not be downloaded again. You may have to login on the web in IE or Firefox and delete all the mails there. Other programs have the same option somewhere within your account settings
