    You must have configured your Yahoo account in Outlook sometime ago, but don't regularly use it. You also failed to choose the setting which allows a copy of messages to be left on the server. When you click on a "Mail To" link, it has the effect of opening Outlook to send the mail, but also to download all the messages which were not previously downloaded. These messages are deleted from the server as soon as they are downloaded to your computer in Outlook. To fix this problem in Outlook, go to Tools > Account Settings > Change > More Settings > Advanced tab > check option to "Leave a copy of messages on server".
