How can I open my Yahoo! Email account on Outlook?

How can I add my yahoo email to my newly set up Outlook account?

• The set up asks for my email and password - yet it won't accept the one that I enter (which is the one I use all the time). Yahoo is not my internet provider...What can I do? My email is: [email protected] Thank you for your speedy and complete response.

  Please reffer to the Yahoo Mail help articles: 1. You should enable the POP3 for your Yahoo-Mail account 2. To send emails using e-mail software you should have Plus-Email account (paid service) 3. The email account should be set as having SSL because the Yahoo accont requires the secure connection 4. In addition to point 3, make sure that ports for incomming and outgoing connections are set properly (465 and 995)
