Email server types for free yahoo mail?

I am trying to integrate into a school district email system but need to know the server names ingoing and outgoing. can this be done with the free yahoo?

Answer:
click the link below http://help.yahoo.com/tutorials/cg/mail/cg_access4.html if you are using free yahoo mail, after you click on pop setting link it will show you your yahoo server, setting not mine.
