Can yahoo work with microsoft outlook?

I am not able to use microsoft outlook because my email id ends with @yahoo.com, how do make it work?

Microsoft outlook works with @yahoo.co.in and others but not with yahoo.com

It should work with @yahoo.com too, but you need Mail Plus, it doesn't work with Yahoo freemail accounts. Details...
