How do I set up to receive Yahoo email on my Mac?

Can't set up yahoo mail account on Mac.?

• Hi, I'been trying to set up my yahoo e-mail on my mac but all the time i've got the message: "Trying to log into the POP server “pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk” has failed. Please make sure the username and password are correct. If you continue, you may not be able to receive any email." I've typed my data correctly many times. I tried yahoo.com instead of yahoo.co.uk, different ways of typing (capitals) but still got the same result. Have anybody had the same expirience? Please, help!

  If you want to POP your Yahoo! Mail Plus into Microsoft Outlook Express for Macintosh, here's how: From the Tools menu, choose "Accounts." Select the "Mail" tab. Click the "Add" button. From the Add menu, click "Mail." Click the “Configure account manually” button. Select “POP” and click the “OK” button In the Name text box, type your name In the email address box, enter your Yahoo! Mail address, including the "@yahoo.com." In the Account ID box, enter your Yahoo! Mail address, including the "@yahoo.com." In the POP server box, type: pop.mail.yahoo.com In the Password box, type your Yahoo! Mail password. Click “Click here for advanced receiving options” Check the box next to “this POP service requires a secure connection (SSL)”. The port number should automatically change from 110 to 995. If it doesn’t, make sure the port number is set to 995. Close this portion of the dialog box In the SMTP box, type: smtp.mail.yahoo.com Click “Click here for advanced receiving options Check the box next to 'SMTP service requires secure connection (SSL).' Check the box next to 'Override default SMTP port,' and enter '465' in the 'Port:' field. Check the box next to 'SMTP server requires authentication.' Leave the default 'Use same settings as incoming mail server' button Close this portion of the dialogue box, and then close the configuration dialogue box. To control deletion of messages from the Yahoo! Mail Server, follow these steps: From the Tools menu, choose "Account." Select the "Mail" tab. Double-click the account labeled "pop.mail.yahoo.com." Select the "Options" tab. In the Server Options section at the bottom of the window, check "Leave a copy of each message on the server" if you want to save your Yahoo! Mail messages on both the Yahoo! Mail server and on your local computer. If you would prefer to have your messages deleted from the Yahoo!
