Outlook Express Problem, cant send mail?

I am trying to send mail from my outlook express. it is asking for my incoming mail servers POP3 and out going mail servers SMTP. What are those?Where can i find the info on them. I cant send mail with out them.

You will need to contact the provider of your email address for those settings. For example...if you have your email address through Comcast or Time Warner you will need to consult someone from one of those companies. You will most likely also need a username and password since most POP3 based email services require you to authenticate. The easiest way to get everything set up is to consult your email provider via telephone or better yet an online chat room set up on their support site.
