Why can't i send emails through microsoft outlook?

I downloaded ypops so that i can use microsoft outlook to manage my emails in yahoo mail. I can receive emails but i cant send. When i send emails, i will receive a message with the subject "undeliverable message". Every time I open ypops, this message will display: Unable to create smtp server socket. What should i do to correct this problem?

Answer:
you get this error if you have some other mail server running on your system. If you have IIS on your PC, ensure that its mail services are disabled as that might be the cause. YahooPOPs! uses TCP port 110 (default) for POP3 and 25 (default) for SMTP and if some other application (most likely a mail server) is running on your system, then you will not be able to run YahooPOPs!
