How can I transfer e-mail addresses from Yahoo to Outlook Express?

I have tried to link two Yahoo email addresses to Outlook Express?

I have tried to link two Yahoo email addresses to Outlook Express , that in yahoo.it works correctly.... but that in yahoo.com continues to not recognise my password.... some people have told me that addresses in yahoo.com cannot be linked until you are a paying member of Yahoo Plus..... Is this Correct? Please let me know as soon as possible so as I can put all of my attempts to rest. Thanks

Yes, you have to purchase Mail Plus Yahoo so that you can link your Yahoo account to Outlook, which is $19.99 a year I guess. It was free to do such some years ago, but now it is charged. Hope the answer is helpfull..
